01—The brief
Orbital's launch site was built in a weekend and looked like it. It was slow, said nothing specific on the first screen, and paid traffic bounced at over 70 percent.
02—What we did
Two weeks of discovery to work out what buyers were actually looking for, then a sitemap built around those questions. We designed a small component system in Figma and built the site in Next.js with a headless CMS so marketing could add pages without engineering.
03—What happened
The site loads in under a second on mobile. Demo conversions went from 1.1 to 2.4 percent across the next quarter. Marketing has shipped nine pages since without asking us.
